There are many people out there who are thinking about getting some work done on their homes—are you one of them? If so, there are a few things you need to know. You may be considering a project because rates are too high to move, there’s not enough inventory to move, you need some regular maintenance, or you’re getting ready to sell. Whatever the reason, know that I’m here to help.
Don’t worry, I’m not offering to do the work for you. However, I am offering you access to my list of trusted contractors. I’ve worked with many contractors for my own house and for helping clients with projects, so there are professionals that I have vetted and that my colleagues have vetted. With all of this experience, I can help you hire the right person.
Whether you need a roofer, electrician, plumber, painter, septic person, handyman, general contractor, tile person, or something else, I have a list with all of the above and would love to help you. Plus, I can help you by giving suggestions on what to fix that would be most beneficial if you’re getting ready to sell.
