Discover the art of organized and stress-free gift-wrapping.

I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Bridget Flynn, an organizing expert, about a common holiday challenge: gift wrapping. As someone who loves buying gifts for family and friends, I’ve often found the joy of gift-giving overshadowed by the stress of wrapping those gifts. Bridget, with her expertise in organization, shared some fantastic tips to make gift wrapping a breeze.

Bridget introduced a comprehensive wrapping organizer that has transformed her gift-wrapping process. This organizer holds everything: rolls of wrapping paper, a ribbon box, pockets for name tags, and even a separate section for tissue paper. It’s a one-stop solution that keeps all wrapping essentials neatly organized and easily accessible. You can find this all-in-wonder organizer here.

Bridget demonstrated how to set up an efficient wrapping station using this organizer. With this station, everything you need is right at your fingertips: ribbons neatly stored in a box for easy dispensing, a container for scissors and a sharpie (handily placed in the left-hand corner for left-handers like Bridget), and a designated spot for name tags and tape.

One of Bridget’s best tips is pre-cutting tape. She assumes four pieces of tape for an average gift and places them on the table next to her. This simple trick saves a surprising amount of time and hassle during the wrapping process. You can line them up on the back of a chair for easy access as you wrap.

Thanks to Bridget’s life-changing advice, this holiday season promises to be much less stressful when it comes to gift wrapping. If you, like me, have been looking for ways to streamline your holiday preparations, these tips are sure to help.
